2009 Challenge Championship

September 11^th, 12^th and 13^th - Banks Lake

If you have fished or had buy-in for at least four (4) of the five qualifiers then you are eligible to fish in our Championship Tournament for a brand new 2009 Triton / Mercury boat package.

Off-Limits:  Championship waters are off limits Tuesday through Thursday the week prior to the Championship tournament.  Tournament waters are open to pre-fishing on Labor Day Monday.

Practice Day: Friday, 9/11, ending at 5:00 pm.  Only contestants, immediate family members or pre-authorized guests are allowed to fish during the official practice day.  In all cases, the official off-limits must be observed by all contestants and their pre-fish partners.

Registration: Friday 9/11, 4:00-6:00 pm at Coulee Playland.

Chili Dog Feed: Friday, 5:00 pm

Awards Ceremony and Drivers Meeting: Following chili dog feed (approx. 6:00 pm)

Blast-off:  Approx. 6:15 am (safe light) Sat. & Sun. 9/12 & 9/13.  Boat inspections starting at 4:30 am each day.  Saturday blast-off order will be according to Angler-of-the-Year Standings.  Sunday blast-off order will be reversed.  In the event of a tie in angler standings, ties will be broken and blast-off order assigned by big stringer of the season.

Registration Fee: $30

Options:    $50 Big Fish Option pays per flight each day.  $150 Big Stringer Option pays 1-in-5 teams based on two-day cumulative weights.  100% payout on option money.
