2008 Challenge Championship

October 3, 4, 5 - Tri Cities

If you have fished or had buy-in for at least four (4) of the seven qualifiers then you are eligible to fish in our Championship Tournament for a brand new fully rigged 2008 Triton TR-196 with 200 hp Mercury.

Off-Limits:  Championship waters are off limits Monday through Thursday the week prior to the Championship tournament. 

Lock-Thru:  Lock-thru McNary down to Umatilla Pool is permitted.  Lock times will be announced at the drivers meeting.

Practice Day: Friday, 10/3, ending at 5:00 pm.  Only contestants, immediate family members or pre-authorized guests are allowed to fish during the official practice day.  In all cases, the official off-limits must be observed by all contestants and their pre-fish partners.

Registration: Friday, 3:00 - 6:00 pm

BBQ: Friday, 5:00 pm

Awards Ceremony and Drivers Meeting: Following BBQ (approx. 6:00 pm)

Blast-off:  Approx. 6:45 am (safe light) Sat. & Sun. 10/4 & 10/5.  Boat inspections starting at 5:00 am each day.  Saturday blast-off order will be according to Angler-of-the-Year Standings.  Sunday blast-off order will be reversed.  In the event of a tie in angler standings, ties will be broken and blast-off order assigned by big stringer of the season.

Registration Fee: $30

Options:    $50 Big Fish Option pays per flight each day.  $150 Big Stringer Option pays 1-in-5 teams based on two-day cumulative weights.  100% payout on option money.
